Peruvian Festival at Sheraton Tel Aviv

Sheraton Tel Aviv is partnering with the Embassy of Peru in Israel to celebrate Peruvian culinary. The culinary highlight consists of special dinner prepared by Chef Peitro Luis Ricse Campos and Hans Balvin Sierra from Sheraton Lima.

Sheraton Tel Aviv in collaboration with Embassy of Peru in Israel, will launch the Peruvian Culinary Festival starting August 15 until August 24.

The culinary celebration is launched on August 15 at Sheraton Tel Aviv’s signature restaurant, Olive Leaf, featuring a special dinner prepared by Peruvian guest chefs from Sheraton Lima,  Chef Peitro Luis Ricse Campos and Hans Balvin Sierra, and with guest of honor H.E Gustavo Otero, Peruvian Ambassador in Israel. 

This is both Chefs’s first time in Israel and they are coming especially for the Peruvian Culinary festival. Both Chefs have created authentic Peruvian dishes combining  traditional and modern menus  based on fresh and kosher Peruvian products . The Peruvian menus with the Chefs’ signature dishes will be served at the Olive Leaf restaurant at lunch from 12:30 – 3:00 p.m. and from 7:00 – 10:30 p.m. on weekdays.

The Olive Leaf Terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean is open every afternoon featuring an Aperol and Campari bar.  
Sunday –Thursday,  17:00 – 22:30.
